1.1. Nature of Agreement: This document clarifies the terms under which your RapidReel paid membership will automatically recur, ensuring continuous, uninterrupted service.

1.2. Billing Consent: By initiating the subscription, you formally consent to a continuous debit of the applicable membership fee from the payment method registered with your official App Store account at the beginning of each defined billing cycle.

1.3. Service Extension: Upon successful processing of the recurring charge, your membership rights and benefits are automatically extended for the subsequent term (e.g., monthly to monthly).

2.1. Price Guarantee: The initial subscription fee is guaranteed for the term of your first cycle.

2.2. Fee Changes: RapidReel reserves the right to modify the membership price. Any upward price revision will only take effect starting with the subsequent renewal period.

2.3. Notification Requirement: Users will be notified in advance of any price changes. Continued subscription through the renewal date signifies acceptance of the adjusted price.

3.1. User Control: You maintain the complete authority to manage or terminate the automatic renewal feature at any point.

3.2. Cancellation Window: To prevent the next scheduled charge, you must manually disable the auto-renewal option via your respective App Store account settings at least 24 hours prior to the commencement of the new billing period.

3.3. Effect of Cancellation: Cancellation stops all future billing. It does not generate a refund for any portion of the current, pre-paid term. Benefits associated with the current cycle will remain active until the term naturally expires.

4.1. Non-Refundable Payments: All automatic renewal payments, once successfully processed, are non-refundable due to the digital nature of the services provided.

4.2. Failed Renewals: RapidReel is not liable for service interruption or suspension resulting from the failure of a recurring payment due to insufficient funds, an expired payment method, or banking restrictions.

4.3. Subscription Integrity: Any attempt to share, commercialize, or circumvent the payment system will result in the immediate and permanent termination of the subscription, without refund.
