2.1. Ownership of Content: All original content, including video narratives, graphics, code, and trademarks found within the Service, remains the exclusive property of RapidReel or its designated licensors.

2.2. Grant of License: RapidReel grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the content strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

2.3. Prohibited Activities: You shall not copy, reproduce, adapt, extract, or redistribute any Service content. Unauthorized commercial use or exploitation is expressly prohibited.

3.1. Account Creation: Access to full features requires account registration. You guarantee that all registration information provided is accurate and current.

3.2. Security Responsibility: You bear sole accountability for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. Notify contact@newdrcade.com instantly upon discovering unauthorized access.

3.3. Mandatory Conduct: Users must abstain from: (a) harassment or malicious communication; (b) attempting to reverse engineer or hack the application; (c) disseminating illegal or infringing material; (d) impersonating other users or entities.

4.1. Revenue Model: The Service may operate on a mixed model, incorporating advertisements from third-party partners and offering premium, paid subscriptions.

4.2. Virtual Currency (Coins): "Coins" are the platform's proprietary digital tokens. They are purchased with real currency but hold no redeemable monetary value and can only be used to unlock content within the RapidReel application.

4.3. Subscription Management: Premium access details, billing cycles, and cancellation procedures are further governed by the dedicated Renewal Agreement and the terms set forth by the respective App Store (Apple/Google).

5.1. No Warranty: The Service is offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. RapidReel does not provide any warranties, explicit or implied, regarding uninterrupted operation or absolute freedom from errors.

5.2. Indemnification: You agree to fully indemnify RapidReel against all claims and damages resulting from your non-compliance with these Terms.

5.3. Policy Revisions: RapidReel reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use after the date of revision signifies binding acceptance of the new terms.
